Enterprise Content Moderation & Safety Policy

1. Platform Safety Mission

At Nexly.biz (the “Company”), we believe the integrity of our educational marketplace depends on a foundation of mutual respect and safety. Our mission is to engineer an environment that fosters free expression while proactively neutralizing harmful, illegal, or deceptive content through a multi-layered moderation architecture.

3. Universal Functional Scope

This policy governs all content hosted within the Nexly global compute network, including course materials, user comments, community forums, AI-generated tutoring outputs, and marketplace product descriptions.

4. Prohibited Content Categories

The following content categories are strictly forbidden on the Nexly platform:

Illegal Activities

Content promoting unlawful conduct, fraud, or unregulated trade.

Graphic Violence

Depictions of severe physical harm or animal cruelty.

CSAM & Explicit Material

Zero-tolerance for child safety violations and adult content.

Deceptive Operations

Phishing, malware distribution, or malicious cognitive manipulation.

5. Hate Speech & Harassment Logic

Nexly prohibits content that attacks, threatens, or degrades individuals based on protected traits (Race, Religion, Gender, Disability, etc.). Targeted harassment, digital stalking, and the promotion of exclusionary ideologies have no place in our cognitive ecosystem.

6. Educational Factuality Standards

To preserve the integrity of our learning environment, Nexly restricts the dissemination of demonstrably false or misleading information that could cause real-world harm (e.g., fraudulent medical advice, deceptive financial schemes, or the promotion of scientific fallacies as established truth).

7. AI Sentinel Layer

Initial moderation is performed by the "AI Sentinel"—a proprietary neural net trained to detect toxicity, policy violations, and adversarial patterns in real-time. The Sentinel can automatically shadow-hide content that exceeds high-confidence violation thresholds pending a human review.

8. Professional Human Review Process

Nuanced cases and appeals are routed to our global Moderation Bureau. Human moderators provide the final "Contextual Determination," ensuring that satire, educational discourse, and legitimate criticism are not unintentionally suppressed by automated filters.

9. High-Risk Priority Triage

Content flagged as "Critical Risk" (e.g., threats of immediate physical harm or child safety issues) is routed to an emergency triage queue with a mandatory 15-minute response SLA.

10. Enforcement Sanctions

Actions taken against violative content include:

  • Shadow-Restriction: The content remains visible only to the author while under review.
  • Structural Removal: Permanent deletion of the content from the global ledger.
  • Account Deactivation: Permanent suspension of the user’s identity and forfeiture of marketplace assets.

11. Appeals & Redress Mechanism

In accordance with the DSA, users have the right to appeal any moderation decision. Appeals must be submitted via the Safety Hub within 30 days. Each appeal is reviewed by a different moderator than the one who made the initial determination to ensure a neutral "Second Look."

12. Transparency Output

Nexly publishes a semi-annual "Platform Integrity Report," detailing the volume of content removed, the balance of AI vs human moderation, and the types of violations detected. We are committed to radical transparency regarding our moderation efficacy.

13. Community Safety Reporting

Platform health is a collective effort. Every piece of user-generated content on Nexly features a "Safety Node" trigger, allowing users to instantly flag suspicious material for immediate Bureau review.
