Enterprise Product Integrity & Recall Governance Policy
1. Product Safety Mission Statement
Nexly.biz (the “Company”) prioritizes the physical and digital integrity of our products above all institutional yields. Our mission is to maintain a "Zero-Defect" philosophy, ensuring that any anomaly discovered in our curriculum, marketplace assets, or physical shipments is identified, contained, and remediated with maximum velocity and radical transparency.
2. Universal Structural Scope
This policy governs the management of safety defects and non-compliance events across the entire Nexly spectrum, including physical hardware (provisioned assets), curriculum assets (digital content), and third-party marketplace integrations.
3. Product Safety & Integrity Committee
The PSIC is an independent oversight body composed of engineers, safety experts, and legal counsel. The Committee has the ultimate authority to trigger a "Recall Command," overriding operational priorities whenever a safety or integrity threshold is breached.
4. Recall Triage & Severity Levels
Recalls are classified based on user impact:
- Class I (Critical): Situations where use of the product involves a reasonable probability of serious adverse consequences.
- Class II (Significant): Situations where product use may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse consequences.
- Class III (Market Withdrawal): Situations where product use is unlikely to cause adverse consequences but violates institutional quality standards.
5. Active Containment & Quarantine
Upon discovery of a defect, Nexly initiates "Instant Quarantine." For physical assets, this involves halting all shipments; for digital assets, this involves the immediate temporary deactivation of the impacted content node to prevent further exposure.
6. Digital Remediation & Patch Logic
In cases of "Digital Recall" (e.g., faulty course logic or insecure API keys), Nexly deploys an automated "Remediation Script" to all authenticated users. We prioritize structural patches over simple deactivation to minimize educational disruption.
7. Multi-Channel Communication Matrix
Nexly commits to notifying all impacted users within 24 hours of a Class I or II recall. Communication is disseminated via push notifications, direct email, and a prominently displayed "Safety Alert" on the platform dashboard.
8. Restitution & Remediation Paths
We ensure zero-friction restitution for our users. Depending on the recall severity, Nexly provides:
- Full financial refunds through original payment channels.
- Immediate replacement with certified integrity-vetted alternatives.
- Service credits for disrupted educational access.
9. Secure Reverse Logistics
For physical assets subject to recall, Nexly manages and finances the entire "Reverse Logistics" sequence. We provide users with prepaid, tracked return shipments to ensure the defective asset is safely extracted from the environment and forensically audited.
10. Global Regulatory Synchronization
Nexly operates in symbiotic alignment with international safety bodies (e.g., CPSC, EMA, EU Consumer Safety). We provide continuous data streams to these agencies regarding recall velocity, retrieval rates, and remediation effectiveness.
11. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Evolution
Every recall triggers a mandatory "Root Cause Analysis (RCA)" sprint. We identify the architectural failure point and implement corrective logic in our manufacturing or development pipeline to prevent "Defect Recurrence."
12. Public Safety Integrity Ledger
Nexly maintains an "Open Safety Ledger," archiving all past recall events and their resolution status. We believe that public transparency regarding our errors is the only way to sustain long-term institutional trust.
13. Safety & Integrity Command
To report a suspected product defect, verify the status of a specific recall, or inquire about our safety standards, please contact the Safety Command.
