2. Carbon Net-Zero Commitment

Nexly is committed to achieving verified Net-Zero Carbon Emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3 by 2030. This path involves an aggressive decarbonization of our compute fabric and the neutralization of residual emissions through high-fidelity, permanent carbon removal projects.

3. Universal Structural Scope

This ESG framework applies to all global operations of Nexly, including our physical headquarters, remote work-hubs, cloud data center partnerships, and the entirety of our hardware and software supply chain.

4. Carbon-Neutral Computing & Cloud Logic

Data centers are our most significant ecological variable. We mandate that 100% of our compute load is hosted on infrastructure powered by renewable energy. We prioritize cloud providers with PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) ratings of 1.2 or lower.

5. Energy Logic & Algo-Optimization

We believe in "Green Coding." Our engineering teams are mandated to optimize algorithmic efficiency to reduce the CPU/GPU cycle requirements of our platform, directly lowering the energy footprint of every user interaction within the Nexly ecosystem.

6. Circular E-Waste & Asset Lifecycle

We follow the "Circular Economy" model for hardware. End-of-life Company assets (laptops, servers) are never sent to landfills. They are either refurbished for redistribution to educational non-profits or forensically disassembled for component-level recycling by certified ESG-compliant partners.

7. Green Procurement & Supply Triage

Environmental performance is weighted at 30% of our total vendor selection matrix. We prioritize suppliers who have verified SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) commitments. Vendors failing to meet our transparency standards are subjected to a structural phase-out.

8. Mobility Decarbonization

We operate a "Remote-First" model to naturally eliminate the environmental cost of daily commuting. For essential institutional travel, we mandate the use of low-carbon transportation and utilize high-fidelity carbon offsets to neutralize every flight mile recorded.

9. Aqueous Integrity & Cooling

While primarily a software company, we recognize the massive water footprint of data center cooling. We prioritize data center partners who utilize sustainable "Dry-Cooling" or closed-loop water systems to minimize their impact on local watersheds.

10. ESG Oversight & Hierarchy

ESG is not a sidebar; it is a board-level mandate. Our "Sustainability Steering Committee" reviews ecological performance metrics quarterly, ensuring that environmental targets are inextricably linked to executive performance compensation.

11. Audit Transparency & TCFD Alignment

We publish an annual "ESG Resilience Report" aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. This report provides radical transparency regarding our climate-related risks and the velocity of our decarbonization efforts.

12. Global Standard & ISO Alignment

Nexly aligns its environmental management systems with ISO 14001 standards. We comply with all jurisdictional environmental laws in the markets we operate, including the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
